Orders and payment
All prices are in US dollars. An order is confirmed once payment clears. We may cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price, or where the item is out of stock, and we will tell you by email before doing so.
Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse and typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Free standard shipping applies to all US orders. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
Returns
You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact [email protected] with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is free where the item is defective or was shipped in error; otherwise it is your responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the returned item arriving.
Warranty
Every Phmnkl product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults that arise under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse, modification, water ingress beyond the stated rating, or normal wear. To claim, email [email protected] with your order number and a description of the fault.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including specifications such as pressure ratings and battery capacity. Minor variation in colour and finish may occur between production batches. Product images are for illustration and may include accessories that are sold separately.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used for fraud or abuse.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product or order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
